Power Point Presentation disable edit mode

Power Point Presentation disable edit mode

Postby Psycho Babble on Tue Oct 10, 2006 3:05 pm

I am turning in a Power Point presentation for one of my classes. I have never used powerpoint before and I cant figure out how to get the file from the edit mode to the presentation mode. Or have it open up in the presentation mode automatically. I emailed it to a friend and when they opened it was editable. I cant turn my project in like that.

Help me Please

Oh psycho babble, my favorite wife. Thanks for coming to the site.

Open your powerpoint presentation

open the file menu
select Save AS

In the save as type box change from

Presentation (*.ppt)
to
Power Point Show (*.pps)

And you are done, send the PPS file to your instructor.
